This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets forth how Pepin (a sole proprietor; “we,” “us,” or the “Company”) handles refunds and cancellations for paid plans of the Services we provide, including monthly subscriptions. It applies together with our Terms, Individual Rules, and any service-specific displays. Where Individual Rules differ, they prevail.

1. Refunds

Except where refunds are required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds for any reason once payment has been made. We also do not provide prorated refunds.

2. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via the method specified by us. Cancellation generally stops future renewals.
Even after cancellation, fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and users may be able to use the Services until the end of the current billing period (details depend on the relevant service display or Individual Rules).
For billing through external providers (e.g., app stores), cancellation procedures must be completed with the external provider. We cannot guarantee cancellation completion unless the external procedure is properly completed.

3. Billing/Renewal Date

Subscriptions renew monthly. The billing/renewal date is generally based on the subscription start date, but may shift due to payment processing or similar circumstances (see the relevant service display or Individual Rules).
If cancellation is submitted close to the billing/renewal date, a renewal charge may still occur due to processing. In such case, no refunds will be provided except as required by law.

4. Free Trials / Discounts

If we offer free trials, discounts, coupons, or other benefits, their duration, scope, conditions, and billing start timing after expiry are determined by the relevant service display or Individual Rules.
If users do not cancel by the specified deadline, the subscription will renew at the standard fee and charges will be applied. Eligibility and duration may vary by user and circumstances.

5. Failed Payments / Chargebacks

If payment cannot be confirmed due to expiry, failed authorization, delayed payment, or similar reasons, we may suspend the Services or cancel/terminate subscriptions without prior notice.
If a user initiates a chargeback or payment reversal, we may suspend access, limit data access, re-bill, or request cooperation for investigation. Except as required by law, we do not guarantee that a chargeback will result in a refund or fee waiver for provided services.

6. Data After Cancellation

After cancellation or suspension/termination, users may lose access to data and settings stored in the Services. Retention periods, restoration availability, and deletion timing depend on the relevant service display or Individual Rules.
Except as required by law, we do not guarantee preservation or restoration of data after cancellation.
