This Legal Notice provides required transaction information for paid plans (including monthly subscriptions) of services provided by Pepin (a sole proprietor; “we,” “us,” or the “Company”). It should be read together with our Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any Individual Rules. Where service-specific displays or Individual Rules differ, they prevail.

1. Seller Information

Contact details may differ by service. If a service displays different contact information, that display prevails for that service.

2. Price (Fees)

Fees for paid plans are displayed on the relevant service screens (pricing pages, checkout screens, in-app displays). Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices include consumption tax, though this may vary by service and display.

3. Additional Costs

Internet connection fees, communication fees, and device costs are borne by the user. If bank transfer or other methods incur handling fees, the user bears such fees unless we specify otherwise.

4. Payment Methods

Credit card payments and other payment methods designated by us (including app store billing where applicable). Available methods are shown on each service.

5. Payment Timing (Billing)

Monthly subscriptions are charged at the time of purchase and automatically renew and charge monthly thereafter, generally based on the subscription start date. Billing/renewal dates may shift due to payment processing. For app store or external provider billing, the provider’s rules apply.

6. Service Delivery Timing

Services may become available immediately after sign-up and successful payment. If review or setup is required due to the nature of a service, delivery timing will follow the relevant service display or Individual Rules.

7. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via the method specified by us. Cancellation generally stops future renewals. Users may be able to use the Services until the end of the current billing period (details depend on the relevant service display or Individual Rules).
For billing through external providers (e.g., app stores), cancellation procedures must be completed with the external provider, and we cannot guarantee cancellation completion.

8. Refunds / Proration

Except where refunds are required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds or prorated settlements. Please see our Refund Policy at /refund for details.

9. Free Trials / Discounts

If we offer free trials, discounts, coupons, or other benefits, their conditions and billing start timing after expiry follow the relevant service display or Individual Rules. If users do not cancel by the specified deadline, monthly charges will apply.

10. System Requirements

Recommended environments (supported OS, browsers, devices) are displayed on each service. Some features may not be available depending on the user’s environment.

Provision of the Services is subject to the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in our Terms and Individual Rules. This Legal Notice provides general information applicable across our services; service-specific conditions may be set as needed.
